We have spent 5 days in twin/double room with separate toilet, everything was very good. The breakfast had savoury choices and there were milk, toast, cereal and eggs. The location was particularly good and fab - ease of access to a fine art museum.

The hotel's location is perfect, as it is close to all the good places to visit or go out. You can easily walk to most central Santiago sights or take a short cab ride to explore further. the breakfast selection is great, with a good coffee machine and delicious options. the decor of the hotel is modern yet rustic, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.
Some guests mentioned that the rooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff was amazing and the location was fantastic. Our standard double room had everything we needed, such as a heating system, ironing facilities, and a work desk. Exploring the downtown Santiago district was definitely a highlight of our trip.

This hotel in downtown Santiago is located in a lovely street and is within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff is pleasant and the service is top-notch. The rooms, with their odd design, offer a unique charm and some even have a small balcony. The breakfast, with its freshly squeezed juices and 24-hour coffee machine, is a great way to start the day.
All was well, nothing to complain about.
